- Standard Motor are rated for continous duty at full nameplate rating -S1
- There motors are designed for operation in high ambient temperature of 40°C or more. The standards data relates to ambient up to 40°C and attitudes below 1000 meters
- Standard motors are have class F (100°C) insulation, with a class B (80°C) temperature rise. Only high quality polyester covered copper winding wire is used in conjunction with inorganic high temperature polyester vanish. motor with class H (125°C) insulation are available on request.
- Stator and rotor laminations are produced from low loss double insulated and silicon electrical steel
- All motor are designated for high efficiency and low temperature rise giving a long economical service life
- High Quality bearings are used on AeroMax electric motor. in general the bearings have C3 clearances and are preloaded with a wave washer on the drive and which increases bearing life and reduces bearing noise
- Standard noise levels (sound pressure at 1 meter) are well within the requirements of most standards, and are generally below 80dB (A) for small motors and 85 dB (A) for large motors
- Shafts are made from high quality carbon steel.
- Stator frame are made of HT200 cast cast iron
- Fans are made from glass reinforced polypropylene for small motors up to 280 frame size
